Mint Frappe is the most refreshing of all iced teas! Simple to make. It has few ingredients and you can add your own touch to make it more unique.
Mint is one of my favorite herbs ever! It is super easy to grow. I highly recommend you grow your own even if it is just in a pot. Mint is a sweet herb. It helps us balance mind and heart. I need that all the time since I tend to make all my decisions from the head and not the heart. It is also a great herb for colds. It is a expectorant, which means it helps take out the mucous from our lungs and respiratory system. It can also help with nausea and digestive cramps. Plus it gives you good breath! Basically you just can’t go wrong with Mint.
- 1/2 cup of very strong cold mint tea
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or your favorite healthy sweetener
- 4 ice cubes crushed
Blend ingredients together until frothy. Serve immediately.
Garnish your mint frappe with some mint leaves.
