This Melon juice recipe came from my friend Lia Botelho.
It is a great breakfast drink on an empty stomach. I recommend for anybody who wants to detox. I like to drink it before my morning yoga practice.
- 1 large slice of melon
- 1/2 of lime juice squeezed
- 1 slice of ginger about a size of a quarter
Blend all ingredients in a blender and drink immediately. Love it!
