Healthy salad dressing to make at home! I have posted here before how much I love home made salad dressing. It makes a big difference! At home we make all of our salad dressing. You will not find store bought, processed, pre-made dressing. Dressings is something my family is well known for and all of our guests love it!
Right now I am flowing with the Universe and working on my Adi Shakti energy. It is the feminine energy of creation. I thought this would the perfect dressing for this time – Green Goddess Dressing. Remember we should eat something green everyday! Part of our top 10 healthy eating tips. Here is the recipe for this healthy salad dressing. This dressing is alkaline, anti-inflammatory and cleansing.
- 3 cloves garlic
- Juice of two lemons (approx. 1⁄4 cup)
- 1 cup cilantro (not chopped)
- 1 cup parsley (not chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or Tamari sauce or Coconut aminos
- 1⁄2 tsp umeboshi plum vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup cold pressed olive oil
- 1/2 cup pure water
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender for 30 seconds. Chill & serve.
Yields 1 cup. Keeps in refrigerator for 5-6 days.
