Banana Biomass is a nutritional base that will be used in many vegan recipes here. It is good for the intestinal flora. It has vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is has almost no taste because it is made with green bananas before they are sweet. So you can use it in sweet and salty stuff. It is especially good to thicken sauces.
Here is how you make it:
Cover them with enough water so they are submerged.
Carefully remove peel not to burn yourself. You may want to save the peel for other recipes like the caponata.
Store it in the fridge in a sealed glass container. It will be good for about 10 days that way. You may freeze it for up to 3 months, but must thaw it out before using it if so.
