Alkaline Green Smoothie that is super healthy for you!

- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cucumber
- A fistful of kale or romaine or spinach
- Coconut water (or purified water)
- Stevia, to taste, and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon or some cacao (optional)
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
